The Sentido Cala Viñas is a three-pearl, adults-only hotel set on a cliff overlooking a small beach and picturesque inlet on Majorca's southwest coast. While the setting is superb, there's practically no local nightlife, but the party resort of Magaluf is a five-minute drive away. Most of the hotel's 240 guest rooms can claim spectacular sea views, plus all have a decent set of amenities, but they have a slightly budget feel, and bathrooms' cheap-looking soap dispensers don't help. There's an impressive spa and a modern fitness center, but it's small and poorly equipped. Also, while the pool terrace offers sea views, can get a little congested at times. Another kid-free option with striking views is the Sentido Punta del Mar in nearby Santa Ponsa, also featuring a rooftop bar, though is a bit of a trek from the beach.
