Hotel Balneario Villa Olmedo is set in a converted 12th-century Mudejar convent on the outskirts of Olmedo. Splendid architecture remains, including a lobby with gorgeous vaulted ceilings. There is a pretty indoor/outdoor pool, natural springs, a sauna, and spa with long list of treatments on-site. Rooms are modern and spacious with bright white linens and flat-screen TVs. The resort has a quality culinary program and is surrounded by pretty grounds and gardens, but is slightly removed from town.
